 About Us

Who we are?

We are soccer players. We are soccer coaches. We are soccer parents. We are soccer fans. We are soccer referees. We are soccer junkies. In short, we love EVERY aspect of the beautiful game.

What we are?

We are a new, full-service, monthly soccer magazine dedicated to bringing the population of the wonderful state of Hawaii all of the soccer news and coverage they have been missing, craving and most certainly deserve. We cover what our local papers fail to print about the most popular sport in the world. Our articles cover all aspects of Hawaii soccer: from the tiny keiki to the graying makule players and all the ages and abilities in between.

When are we?

Our first online edition was published in July, 2007 at Hawaiisoccermag.com. While we will maintain and update our online editions and presence, we will soon be publishing a free, hardcopy magazine version mailed monthly direct to your home or available to everyone at many fine, local businesses.

Where are we?

We pledge to go to all corners of the state to cover the cutting-edge soccer news that you want and definitely need to know.

Why are we?

This should be obvious to soccer enthusiasts the state over. There are thousands upon thousands of soccer players in Hawaii. There are hundreds of teams and multiple leagues on every island that suit every age group and every skill level. Soccer is growing in Hawaii and growing very quickly. By the same token, while we at Hawaii Soccer Magazine enjoy all sports, we want to provide soccer players, soccer families and anybody interested in the most international of games their own special venue and forum dedicated solely to one sport, soccer. And with that dream, Hawaii Soccer Magazine and our online brother Hawaiisoccermag.com were born.
